1.  Our organisation is extremely flexible to preclude the need for expensive establishments which we cannot afford. We therefore rely heavily on self service, community participation, sharing of resources and control on activity through  nerve centres or  'nodes.

2.  A 'node' is normally established at the district headquarters from where activity can be managed with ease. The village is the basic unit of our missions. A 'node' may therefore control a  number of basic units

3.   Effective communication ,interaction at grass root level and sharing of ideas with the community are key aspects of our functioning. This as experience has shown has given us very good results with minimum effort.

4.  We have no funds of our own but rely on donations and grants for specific schemes.

5.  We acknowledge  donations by name. Donations may be given for specific purposes or for welfare, in kind or money.
